3. Preferred option:

   in addition to sending us your pdf contrbution your_name.pdf, you may submit your file to arXiv, indicating in comments: "Talk/Plenary talk given at XXII International Workshop on High Energy Physics and Quantum Field Theory (QFTHEP'2015), June 24 - July 1 2015, Samara, Russia". Then please send us the arXiv number of your contribution.

The recommended size for plenary talks is 15 pages and for parallel talks is 6 pages.

The deadline for submitting your contributions is November 30, 2015.

The arrival date is June 24, the departure date is July 1 (after breakfast).

The Organizing Committee will organize a transportation for the participants arriving by airplane from the Kurumoch International Airport to the health resort “Samarskiy”. The participants arriving by airplane are kindly asked to inform the Organizing Committee about the date of arrival, the flight number and the arrival time.

• either by bus № 78 or by fixed-route taxi № 392 or № 406 to the bus stop “Demokraticheskaya” (also known as “Georgiya Dimitrova”), then change to bus № 6 or to fixed-route taxi № 6 or № 203 to the bus stop “Sanatoriy Samarskiy”,
• or by taxi from the airport. A taxi ride from the airport to the health resort “Samarskiy” costs about 700-1500 roubles ($15-$30).

There are many ways to reach the health resort “Samarskiy” from the Samara railway station:

• By the fixed-route taxi № 206 to the bus stop “Georgiya Dimitrova”, then change to the bus № 6 or to the fixed-route taxi № 6 or № 203 to the bus stop “Sanatoriy Samarskiy”.
• By bus № 50 or by fixed-route taxi № 50 to the bus stop “Georgiya Dimitrova”, then change to bus № 6 or to fixed-route taxi № 6 or № 203 to the bus stop “Sanatoriy Samarski”.
• By bus № 1 or by fixed-route taxi № 67 to the bus stop “Georgiya Dimitrova”, then change to bus № 6 or to fixed-route taxi № 6 or № 203 to the bus stop “Sanatoriy Samarskiy”.
• By bus № 1 or № 67 to the bus stop “14 mikrorayon”, then change to bus № 6 or to fixed-route taxi № 6 to the bus stop “Sanatoriy Samarskiy”.
• By trolleybus № 4 to the bus stop “Prospekt Kirova”, then change to fixed-route taxi № 203 to the bus stop “Sanatoriy Samarskiy”.
• Taxis are available at the Samara railway station. A taxi ride from the railway station to the health resort “Samarskiy” costs about 400-500 roubles ($8-$10).

The citizens of the following countries do not need visa to come to Russia: Azerbaijan, Argentina, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Fiji, Guatemala, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Nicaragua, Peru, Serbia, South Korea, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela. Visas for Accompanying Persons

Accompanying persons should enter Russia with a tourist visa. Please fill the Visa invitation form for each accompanying person and send it to the Organizing Committee of the Workshop by e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The list of accompanying persons will be forwarded to the "Samarskiy" resort where the necessary documents will be prepared. We kindly ask you to contact the Organizing Committee, not the resort management, if you have any questions.

Please mention in the subject of the letter if request is intended for a participant or for an accompanying person.
