Special rates will be arranged for the Workshop participants and guests:

• Standard room (category I): ~2995 rubles for 1 person, ~4278 rubles for 2 persons
• Room of category "Comfort": ~3515 rubles for 1 person, ~5022 rubles for 2 persons
• Suite: ~4910 rubles for 1 person, ~6138 rubles for 2 persons

These are preliminary prices (including full board) and may be adjusted by the hotel. The accommodation with breakfast only is also possible.

The participant should provide the following information in the request:

• his/her full name
  • if you have accompanying person(s), please provide their full names and their relation to you
  • for children, please also provide their age
• the type of the accommodation:
  • type of the room (category I, category "Comfort" or suite);
  • single or double occupation;
  • full board or breakfast only;
• the period of stay
• he/she is attending "QFTHEP-2019" conference.

The hotel requires the minimum advance payment amounted to 30% of the total bill. The remaining part of the bill may be paid at the hotel reception upon arrival.
