The participants will be staying at the health resort hotel “Samarskiy”. Internet access is available.
Special rates have been arranged for Workshop participants and guests:

All prices include full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Payment should be made at the hotel reception in cash in Russian roubles. No credit cards are accepted.

Registration for the QFTHEP'2015 workshop has been extended until the further
notice.
Nevertheless, due to the time constraints, Organizing Committee will be able to provide assistance in obtaining Russian entry visa
- until May 20, 2015 for the citizens of the European Union and the People's Republic of China
- until April 20, 2015 for the citizens of all other foreign countries
