The arrival day is June 26, the departure day is July 3 (afternoon).

The participants may arrive at any Moscow airport (SVO, DME, VKO), then get to Moscow Yaroslavskiy railway terminal (situated close to the Moscow city center) and take a train to Yaroslavl. The best way to get to the Moscow city center is to take an aeroexpress train ( https://aeroexpress.ru/en) from any of the airports. When in the city center, it is convenient to use Moscow Metro to get to Komsomolskaya metro station, which is the closest to Yaroslavskiy railway terminal.

In Yaroslavl, a free transfer will be organized from “Yaroslavl-Glavnyi” railway terminal (where the trains from Moscow arrive) to the hotel "Yubileinaya". To get to the hotel one can also use public transport from “Yaroslavl-Glavnyi” railway terminal (about ten-minute trip): buses 8, 76, 45, 81 to “Plosh’ad Bogoyavlеniya” stop, trolleybus 5 to “Mukomolniy Pereulok” stop.

The participants will be accommodated at the hotel "Yubileinaya". Special rates have been arranged for the Workshop participants and guests (all the prices include breakfast):

• Standard double room: 3330 rubles (approx. $ 58 / EUR 55) / night for 2 persons

Since the number of the rooms is limited and the hotel is usually fully booked during the summer vacations period, the reservations should be done as soon as possible (at least one month before the arrival date). Payment can be done online while booking the room or at the hotel reception on arrival. Both credit cards and cash (Russian rubles) are accepted.
