XXI International Workshop on High Energy Physics and Quantum Field Theory Repino, Saint Petersburg Area, Russia, June 23 - June 30, 2013 Organizers: D.V. Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics, M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University and Faculty of Physics, Saint Petersburg State University The Workshop continues a series of workshops started by the Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1985 and conceived with the purpose of presenting topics of current interest and providing a stimulating environment for scientific discussions on new developments in theoretical and experimental high energy physics and physical programs for future colliders. Traditionally the list of Workshop attendees includes a great number of active young scientists and students from Russia and other countries. This year the Workshop is organized jointly by the SINP MSU and the SPbSU and it will take place in the holiday hotel "Baltiets" situated in a picturesque place of the Karelian Isthmus on the shore of the Gulf of Finland in the suburb of the second largest Russian city Saint Petersburg. The Workshop will include plenary and two parallel afternoon sessions. The plenary sessions will consist of invited lectures. The afternoon sessions will include original talks. The working language at the Workshop will be English. Contributions and ProceedingsTalks will be selected by the Organizing Committee on the basis of abstracts to be submitted before April 1st, 2013. The Workshop Proceedings will be published, a special circular with the instructions for authors will be sent out later. Participation of students in the Workshop is strongly encouraged. The Organizing Committee will be able to provide a financial support for selected young participants (33 years old or younger) from CIS. Those participants who need support should send their applications to the Organizing Committee. Travel informationThe arrival day is June 23, the departure day is June 30 (afternoon). Social programThe Organizing Committee is planning to arrange a sightseeing of Saint Petersburg and visits to famous museums and historic places in the countryside at extra charge. A special social program for the accompanying persons can also be organized. The deadline for applications is April 1, 2013.
